I. Payment method:
Only “online credit card” payment is available for the moment. All the prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD).
II. Shipment service:
1. Purchase procedure: After you select the product, press (Add to the Cart) and fill in the shipment information to proceed to payment.
2. Order confirmation: After you made an order on our Company’s website, the customer service personnel will call you within three days after the order is made to confirm the content of the order and the shipment address so that we can proceed to the shipment.
3. Shipment: Product shipment is commissioned to the major logistics companies (e.g. Taiwan: HCT Logistics; Oversea: DHL). After the product enters into the logistic system, shipment number will be provided to facilitate the tracking.
4. The shipment of one single piece is USD 5 for the main island and USD 10 for offshore islands). Two (inclusive) or more pieces shall be calculated based on these prices. For oversea area, the price shall be based on the estimation of DHL shipment.
5. Due to transportation and scheduling factors, an exact shipment time cannot be provided to the remote areas of Taiwan’s main island.
※Remote areas include Shiding District in New Taipei City, Xinyi Township in Nantou, Manzhou Township in Pingtung, Luye Township in Taitung, etc.
III. Returns and changes
1. Please check whether there is any defect, damage, inconsistency with the specification or shortage of parts, accessories and gifts on the day of arrival. If so, please take a picture to prove such a situation and contact immediately to Madin’s Service Center: +886-6-2323171.
2. To make an unconditional return of the product, one of the following conditions shall be met:
The actual received product does not match the ordered product.
Incomplete accessories within the package of the product or inconsistency between the product specification and the external package description.
The product has defects.
3. To guarantee all consumers to buy brand new machines, the product cannot be returned or changed once it is used unless there is any defect.
4. No return or change of product can be requested seven days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving the product.
※As stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act, online purchase consumers can enjoy the right of 7 days of the cooling-off period. However, the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Thus, to return or change the product, the product must be intact with all the accessories. No shortage, usage or damage is accepted.
5. Return procedure:
Please contact the service center to request the return or change of product. The package shall be intact (including the parts, accessories, gifts and invoice). We will send the logistic personnel to pick up the product. After the examination is completed and is approved, we will proceed to the refund procedure. If there is any question with the returned product during the examination, the refund shall be suspended. The customer service personnel will contact you.
Refund (It is a direct refund to the original credit card account in a negative amount. Please pay attention to your credit card statement).
※The check-out day will be different depending on the bank and individual. The refund may not be completed on the statement of the same month. The working days will also depend on the bank.
IV. After-sales service:
1. If after-sales service is needed for the product, please keep the main unit, the cup set and the warranty card. The serial number of the machine must be provided to Madin maintenance personnel, or otherwise, the Company may not be able to provide effective warranty and warranty service.
2. The user must be responsible for the shipment fee when delivering the product to maintenance. After maintenance is completed, the Company will be responsible for the shipping fee if the warranty is still effective. The consumer must be responsible for the shipping fee if the warranty has expired or the damage was due to personal factors.

1. There might be a color difference between the pictures on the website and the actual product due to photographic factors. The pictures are only for reference. Please buy at the store if you have any concerns in terms of the color difference.
2. In the event of product shortage or price error in the publication, the Company reserves the right to supply the product or not.
3. In the event of an error or missing of name/title or unify business number, please send the original invoice to the Company at the end of the month. Please indicate clearly the name/title you want to issue so that we can re-issue the invoice.
4. Return or change of product cannot be done without the invoice. Please keep your invoice safely.
5. The products on this website are based on the actual product. In the event of product shortage or other force majeure, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order, postpone shipment, etc., please contact us before purchasing
